The Programme Starting with September 2009 we are offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shape Eastern European future with us: Top graduates from Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and the Ukraine will be carefully selected to enter a nine months, high-profile trainee-programme. You will gather practical experience across various departments in your home country and gain intercultural experience during 2 country visits. You will receive intensive training in the Vienna HQ in theory, personal skills and industry- specific topics. You will be challenged to grow both professionally and personally. On successful graduation from the Academy, there will be a world of opportunities opening up for you: you will assume a professional position in either product management or sales where you will further develop your own career path.
